    Rights for California residents

    This notice explains how TruHome Solutions, LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information relating to California residents covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). This notice is provided pursuant to the CCPA.

    • TruHome’s Credit Union clients, subject to mutually executed service agreements, for services provided by TruHome on behalf of our clients;

    • Service providers, including data resellers and credit reporting agencies;

    If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the CCPA, including:

    • The right to request details concerning information related to the 12 months immediately preceding your request:

      • The categories of sources used to collect the personal information about you;

    If you submit a request on another person’s behalf, we may require proof of authorization to submit such request and may request information to verify the identities of the parties involved in the request.

    When you submit a request, we will acknowledge receipt of your request and will provide a timeline for our formal response if one cannot be provided immediately.

    If an exception applies, such as one related to GLBA, your request will be denied.
